Wireless Plus, Inc. is seeking a Verizon Sales Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for customers in-store, matching them with the right wireless solutions and services. As a Verizon Sales Consultant, you're the first point of contact for customers walking through our doors, and often the reason they leave as loyal Verizon advocates. You'll consult with people and businesses to match them with the right wireless solutions, from the latest devices to home connectivity services. What You'll Do

• Engage customers on the sales floor to uncover their needs, recommend the right wireless solutions, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.


• Drive sales performance through product knowledge, active listening, and consultative selling, meeting and exceeding personal and store goals.


• Promote Verizon products and services, including smartphones, tablets, accessories, home internet, and business plans.


• Educate customers on technology trends, device setup, trade-in programs, and service features to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.


• Collaborate with your team to create a positive, welcoming store environment and uphold Verizon's brand standards.


• Maintain accuracy in transactions, inventory, and daily operations while following all company procedures and policies.
