2020 Companies is seeking a part-time Verizon Wireless Retail Sales representative to join our Walmart-based program in Senatobia, MS. You will engage customers, promote Verizon phones and plans, and process activations while maintaining a high level of customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role offers a base pay of $14–$15 per hour, with an uncapped commission structure and an advanced draw based on in-store hours.

Qualifications

• Preferred: six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs.
• Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services.
• Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options.
• Process new accounts, upgrades, add-a-lines, and wireless activations.
• Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
• Sell products and services in a retail store or kiosk environment.
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times.
• Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately.
