Job summary

Qualifications

• Physical Demands: Standing or walking for long shifts, lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Availability: Flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Bilingual Skills: Speaking a second language (like Spanish) is frequently preferred depending on the store location.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Help customers choose phones, plans, and accessories that fit their needs.
• Sales Targets: Meet daily and monthly goals for new activations, upgrades, and accessory sales.
• Store Operations: Handle cash transactions, manage inventory, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Marketing: Participate in local community events or promotions to bring in new foot traffic.
