JM Wireless is hiring a Retail Sales Representative in Bradenton, FL. This full-time role offers an hourly base of $14–$16 with aggressive commissions and twice-monthly payouts. You will showcase wireless devices and plans, guide customers to solutions, and contribute to a dynamic, sales-driven store team.

Weekend availability is expected, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The position emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a fast-paced wireless retail

Formación

• Prior wireless or retail experience is a plus but not required, interest in tech helps.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential.
• Ability to meet sales goals and work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of wireless devices, plans and accessories is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm to identify wireless needs.
• Demonstrate devices, plans, and accessories to inform and excite customers.
• Promote upgrades, activations, and accessories to hit targets.
• Assist customers in setting up devices and troubleshooting issues.
• Stay informed on promos and new products to drive sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build loyalty.
• Keep the store organized and visually appealing and support inventory.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on tech and sales techniques.
