Job summary

You will help customers, meet sales goals, participate in events, and contribute to store operations. This role requires reliable transportation, evening/weekend availability, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

Clear communication skills and a positive attitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service with honesty and integrity.
Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Willingness to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding needs.
Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
Represent Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist store leadership with store operations.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonus payments.
Occasionally participate in outside sales events or community engagements.
Support customer acquisition, brand awareness and business growth at events.
Attend events with notice; participation is a condition of employment.
Engage customers and assist with event setup or breakdown.
