Rymco LLC is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate for Cricket Wireless. The candidate will greet and assist customers while providing outstanding service and connecting them with the best wireless solutions.

The ideal candidate should be outgoing with strong communication skills and a motivation to succeed, ideally with sales or customer service experience. The job includes hourly pay with commission opportunities, paid time off, and training provided.

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred).
• Sales or marketing background (Preferred, not required).
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and upsell plans.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions.
• Handle customer issues with care.
