Job summary

Rymco LLC is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate to be the face of Cricket Wireless, delivering outstanding service and connecting customers with wireless solutions that fit their needs.

Greet customers, present plans and devices, upsell accessories, and help the store meet sales goals while maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.

This full-time role offers hourly pay plus commissions, PTO, employee discounts, and paid training, with scheduling Monday–Saturday and Sunday hours.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred).
• Sales or marketing background (Preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions.
• Handle customer issues with care and elevate when necessary.
