Job summary

Rymco LLC - Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless in Kentucky is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate to greet customers, present plans and devices, and deliver outstanding service in our busy store.

You will upsell wireless options, meet or exceed personal and store sales goals, and maintain a clean, engaging sales floor. English required; 1+ year of customer service is preferred. Paid training and employee discounts are provided to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred).
• Sales or marketing background (Preferred, not required).
• English language required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions.
