Hours: Mon-Sat 10 AM-8 PM, Sun 12-5 PM. Ideal candidates are outgoing, customer-service oriented, with 1+ year experience; sales or marketing background

• Sales or marketing background helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Support marketing efforts and in-store promotions.
• Handle customer issues and escalate when necessary.
