Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking driven Verizon Wireless retail sales professionals to join our program inside Walmart locations. The role focuses on direct fulfillment, order devices for customers, and earning uncapped commissions through a performance-driven environment.

You'll promote Verizon phones and plans, educate customers on pricing and options, and strive to meet sales goals while delivering outstanding service in a high-traffic store setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months prior sales/retail experience preferred.
• Experience in wireless, retail, or commissioned sales is preferred.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Full-Time Verizon Retail Sales - Immediate Hire + Paid Training

Position Overview

We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing Verizon Wireless retail sales program located inside some of America’s largest retail stores. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, engaging with customers, and earning uncapped commission in a fast-paced retail environment.

Unlike traditional wireless retail positions, this role focuses exclusively on Verizon products and services. Representatives will use a direct fulfillment model, allowing customers to order devices directly rather than purchasing from in-store inventory.

What You’ll Do

• Engage customers insideretaillocations andidentifywireless needs
• Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, andwireless services
• Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options
• Process new accounts, upgrades, add-a-lines, and wireless activations
• Utilizedirect fulfillment systems to order devices for customers
• Maintainstrong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations

Schedule & Availability

• Expected hours: 30-40 hoursper week

• Candidates must be open to varying schedules as the program evolves to optimize coverage

Job Description:

• Sell products and services in a retail store or kiosk environment
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis

• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations

Qualifications:

• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background
