2020 Companies is seeking a Part-Time Verizon Retail Sales associate to join our program inside Walmart in Mansfield, LA. This role focuses on promoting Verizon devices and services with a direct fulfillment model, offering an opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and an advanced draw based on in-store hours.

You'll engage customers, process activations, and maintain strong relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Position Overview

We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing Verizon Wireless retail sales program located inside some of America's largest retail stores. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, engaging with customers, and earning uncapped commission in a fast-paced retail environment.

Unlike traditional wireless retail positions, this role focuses exclusively on Verizon products and services. Representatives will use a direct fulfillment model, allowing customers to order devices directly rather than purchasing from in-store inventory.

What You'll Do

Schedule & Availability

Expected hours: 20-30 hours per week

Candidates must be open to varying schedules as the program evolves to optimize coverage

Job Description

• Sell products and services in a retail store or kiosk environment
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
• Help customers make selections by building customer confidence
• Accurately document and report sales
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times
• Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately

Qualifications
