Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with full-cycle physical design and layout of sub-micron RFICs to identify inter-component interactions.
• Hands-on failure analyses and rework to evaluate hardware performance gaps.
• Architecture of microwave signal chains, link budget, and EM simulations of phased array antennas.
• Strong understanding of RFIC/RF system design principles.
• Configuring RF test equipment to measure and debug RF hardware.
• Collaborating with vendors to improve EMI and drive mass production solutions.
• Experience with Cellular, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, Thread, NFC or UWB radios.

Responsibilities

• Define co-existence performance requirements and test methodologies for wireless products.
• Review PCB and flex layouts and debug multi-radio coexistence issues.
• Support manufacturing test and analyze large sample failures.
• Develop system mitigations to optimize radio performance across devices.
• Analyze root causes of test failures and predict performance issues from data.
