Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a sales-focused team, drive store performance and ensure a superior customer experience across our network of stores. You will demonstrate the latest devices, guide customers through solutions, and manage store operations with a hands-on, energetic leadership style.

You will coach staff, build relationships with customers, and collaborate across channels to hit sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership in a retail sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Experience in wireless sales and upselling device/service plans is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities
