Connectivity Source is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in a wireless retail environment, driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience in our stores. You will model energetic leadership, manage operations, and ensure daily execution of standards to meet company goals.

You will coach and develop staff, recruit top talent, and drive promotions while maintaining inventory and store presentation. Open availability and a commitment to a fast-paced retail culture are required.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check may be performed as part of hiring process.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
