Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant Store Manager in Camp Hill, PA to work alongside the Store Manager. You will coach the sales team, drive customer service, and help meet store targets on the sales floor.

We look for leadership experience in retail, the ability to motivate staff, strong communication with management, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and or move 20lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Store Manager to create a sales environment with exceptional customer service.
• Inspire and motivate the team, coach on sales floor, analyze performance.
• Support achievement and exceed sales goals.
