Overview

Alliance Mobile is a leading AT&T National Authorized Retailer with over 300 locations across 21 states. We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our team in Sandusky, OH.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales & Profitability: Achieve sales targets and increase store profits through strategic initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, develop, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding performance.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations, staffing, and compliance.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and support transactions as needed.
  • Staff Recruitment & Training: Hire, onboard, and train new team members in collaboration with trainers.
  • Maintain Standards: Uphold company standards and foster a positive team culture.
  • Communication & Community Engagement: Maintain seamless communication within the team and engage with the local community.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfort with technology, including wireless devices and computers.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $40.00, plus commissions and bonuses.
