Wireless Retail Store Manager | Alliance Mobile - AT&T Authorized Retailer, Baton Rouge, LA

Join our team as a Wireless Retail Store Manager at Alliance Mobile.

This role offers a pay range of $17.00/hr - $40.00/hr. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience; discuss this with your recruiter.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of salespeople to exceed sales targets, develop team members, and deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities include store profitability, sales, customer experience, and supervising staff. The role involves community engagement and strategic thinking in a sales-driven environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maximize profits
  • Coach and develop employees
  • Hire, train, and discipline staff as needed
  • Manage store operations and scheduling
  • Demonstrate leadership and coaching skills
  • Support customer transactions and role plays
  • Coordinate with trainers for onboarding

Qualifications
