Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our Walmart-based program in Yazoo City, MS. You will engage customers, promote Verizon phones and plans, and process activations while using direct fulfillment to order devices for customers.

You’ll earn uncapped commissions with an advance draw, enjoy health benefits, PTO, a 401(k) match, and next-day pay. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are offered in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs.
• Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services.
• Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options.
• Process new accounts, upgrades, add-a-lines, and wireless activations.
• Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
