Earn an hourly base of $14–$16 with commissions paid twice a month. The role supports weekends and holidays and offers growth within a vibrant wireless team.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless or retail is a plus but learning mindset counts
• Excellent communicator with a friendly, positive attitude
• Goal-oriented and driven to surpass sales goals
• Knowledge of wireless devices, plans, and accessories is a plus
• Organized, detail-focused, and a team player
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
• Base salary with uncapped commission potential

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm and identify wireless needs
• Demonstrate devices, plans, and accessories to excite customers
• Drive sales through upgrades, activations, and accessories to hit targets
• Assist customers with device setup and troubleshoot issues
• Stay updated on promos, trends, and new products
• Deliver top-tier customer service and build loyalty
• Keep the store organized and visually appealing
• Support inventory and stock displays
• Follow company policies for secure transactions
• Join ongoing sales training to stay current
• Collaborate with team to create a positive shopping environment
