Your Wireless Inc., a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Lodi, NJ. You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the buying process to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed location production standards.
• Handle customer situations to completely satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager as needed.
• Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of professional conduct for employees.
• Develop your skills for career advancement within Your Wireless.
