KC Wireless - Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer in Lemoyne, PA is hiring a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the sales process. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably with Verizon Wireless or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed location standards.
• Handle all customer situations to completely satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and the team with assigned tasks.
• Complete required trainings as directed by Wireless Zone and Verizon.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct.
