The role offers a compensation structure with base pay plus uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Candidates should be 18+, with 1–2 years in commission sales and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a commission environment, preferably wireless retail.
• Proven sales and customer service achievement.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and customer service.
• Ability to work in a commission sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each guest daily.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Meet and exceed sales production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Team with tasks as needed.
• Complete trainings as directed by Wireless Zone and Verizon.
• Set a example of professional conduct for employees.
