Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, working with peers and store leaders to resolve customer issues.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech decisions and enhance the in-store experience.
