You'll be the face of Victra, guiding guests to products and solutions with uncapped earning potential and growth opportunities. As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive sales, assist with merchandising, and stay engaged with customers to create a memorable in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, especially Nov–Dec.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
