Job summary

Your Wireless is a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer seeking a Retail Sales Associate in multiple states including New Jersey. You will provide an exceptional customer experience, educate customers on Verizon products, and guide them through the buying process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail role, preferably in wireless.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven record of achievement in sales and customer service.
• Enthusiasm for retail and wireless products.
• Ability to travel to locations in the assigned district.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience every day.
• Assist new and existing customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services.
• Produce sales to meet and exceed standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Complete all required training.
