Job summary

TCC Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Representative for the GA Pooler location. You will be the link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, bringing energy, product knowledge and a passion for wireless services to every interaction.

As part-time team members, you will drive revenue, deliver excellent service, and support store operations while building lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail or sales experience with a strong customer focus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the store and answering phones.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Builds relationships with customers and colleagues across all channels of the business.
• Assists with opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including cash handling and deposits.
• Maintains store appearance and adherence to retail standards and policies.
• Explores customer needs and assists with activations, bill payments and upgrades.
