Wireless Zone, the nation’s fastest growing Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking a bilingual Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our Penfield location. You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the sales process, delivering an exceptional experience that drives repeat business.

The role offers strong base pay plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and profit-sharing, with full-time hours and a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in Penfield, NY.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in retail.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products and customer service.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks as directed.
