Job summary

Your Wireless, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in Lodi, NJ. You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide their buying decisions while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist store management and team with assigned tasks.
• Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon.
