Your Wireless Inc. – Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer is hiring a Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Lodi, NJ. You will educate customers on Verizon products, guide them through the buying process, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience at our Your Wireless locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to various locations in assigned district.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Meet and exceed sales production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon.
• Set an example of professional conduct for employees and others.
• Develop professional skills for career advancement opportunities within Your Wireless.
