Mobile Generation is seeking a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Plover, WI. You will guide customers through Verizon products and services, educate on options, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail role.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail and wireless technology.
• Ability to travel to Midwest locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete all required training as directed.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct.
