Luna Wireless is a prominent T-Mobile Authorized Retailer recruiting Retail Sales Representatives to energize customers and demonstrate the latest technology. You’ll learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment that rewards ambition and teamwork.

We value hustle, excellent communication, and a customer‑first mindset. Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available, with opportunities for advancement and competitive commissions. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply, Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Help customers continue their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of technology and devices to meet customer needs.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond devices and service plans, including accessories and IoT products.
• Maintain composure, integrity, and care when addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Build and nurture relationships, identify small business leads, and support team initiatives.
