JM Wireless in Boston, MA is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join a fast-paced wireless team. You will greet customers, demonstrate devices, promote plans and accessories, and deliver outstanding service that keeps customers connected.

This full-time role offers an energizing sales environment with individual commissions paid twice a month and a total compensation that combines hourly pay with uncapped commission potential. Training provided and opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

• Experience in wireless or retail is a plus, but a willingness to learn matters most.
• Excellent communicator with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Goal-oriented and driven to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of devices, plans, and accessories is a plus.
• Organized, detail-focused, and a team player.
