Qualifications

Responsibilities

Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, discovering their wireless needs.
Demonstrate devices, plans, and accessories to inform and excite customers.
Drive sales through upgrades, activations, and accessories to hit targets.
Assist customers with device setup and troubleshooting for a smooth experience.
Stay updated on promos and new products; deliver top-tier customer service.
Keep the store organized and visually appealing; support inventory displays.
Follow company policies for secure and private transactions; participate in training.
