Rymco LLC, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, seeks a highly motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our team across our Michigan stores. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and execute promotions while maintaining store standards and customer service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service and sales, 1+ year in management, and a valid driver's license. Expect retail hours Mon–Sat 9 AM–8 PM, Sun 12 PM–5 PM, with hourly pay plus commissions and performance bonuses.

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
