Wireless Retail Sales Manager | Alliance Mobile - AT&T Authorized Retailer, Stafford Springs, MA

Join us as a Wireless Retail Sales Manager at Alliance Mobile. We are a leading AT&T National Authorized Retailer with over 300 locations across 21 states, committed to delivering innovative wireless and entertainment solutions. Our store in Stafford Springs, MA, is looking for a dynamic leader to inspire our sales team and enhance customer experiences.

Position Overview

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading and mentoring your team, managing store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate staff, meet sales targets, and uphold our standards of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive store profitability and achieve sales goals
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
  • Manage daily store operations, including scheduling and compliance
  • Lead by example through role-playing and hands-on coaching
  • Support transactions and create memorable customer experiences
  • Maintain high standards of store standards and conduct
  • Communicate effectively with team and corporate leadership
  • Work 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Lift up to 25 pounds as needed
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales management experience
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable with technology and wireless devices

  • Competitive pay: $43,500 - $75,000 annually, plus commissions and bonuses
