What You'll Do

As a Store Manager, you'll lead a sales team to achieve goals, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase profitability. You will coach, mentor, and lead by example, promoting the latest entertainment and mobility products in a dynamic environment. Your role involves community engagement and fostering innovation, with daily opportunities to make a significant impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Success: Increase store profits and meet sales targets with strategic initiatives
  • Lead & Inspire: Coach and develop your team for excellent performance
  • Build Your Squad: Recruit, hire, and guide staff, making tough decisions when necessary
  • Manage Operations: Oversee store operations, scheduling, and compliance
  • Lead by Example: Use role-plays and hands-on coaching to motivate staff
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Support transactions and create memorable service moments
  • Onboard Effectively: Collaborate with trainers to orient and train new hires
  • Maintain Standards: Uphold Alliance Mobile's standards and expectations
  • Communicate Seamlessly: Keep open lines of communication within the team
  • Work Hours: 45-50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical Demands: Lift up to 25 pounds as needed

What You Bring
