Responsibilities
  • Drive store success by increasing profits and achieving sales targets
  • Lead, coach, and inspire your sales team
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staff
  • Oversee store operations, scheduling, and compliance
  • Lead by example through role-plays and coaching
  • Support customer transactions and ensure memorable experiences
  • Onboard new employees with trainers
  • Maintain high standards and integrity
  • Communicate effectively within the team
  • Work 45-50 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Lift up to 25 pounds as needed

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
  • Proven success in meeting sales goals and delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable with technology, wireless devices, and computers
