Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer-service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work with peers and leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Provide product benefits and recommendations to meet guest needs.
