Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. Every Time, connecting guests to what matters most with product knowledge and a friendly face in our stores.

As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive in-store experiences, achieve sales goals, and support merchandising and operations while learning and growing in a fast-paced environment with uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays (Nov–Dec) and peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with store peers and leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations with exceptional service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech discussions.
