Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States is seeking full-time Retail Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. You will be the face of Victra, guiding guests with product knowledge and connecting them to what matters most.

In this role you will exceed monthly sales goals, work with store leaders and peers, provide product benefits and recommendations, and create personal connections to make tech look simple.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (Nov-Dec).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
