Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, especially Nov-Dec.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
