You will connect guests to what matters most, sharing product knowledge and providing an exceptional in-store experience. As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive sales, assist with merchandising, and work with store leaders to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with peers and store leaders to help customers and resolve issues.
