Job summary

Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending wireless technology, entertainment, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs and lifestyle.

You'll meet sales goals with commission, participate in training, and grow into leadership roles while supporting store operations and building relationships in the local community and representing the AT&T brand.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• A competitive, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other business needs as required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
