Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in high-traffic retail environment.
• Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and flex schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail setting.
• Identify needs through consultative selling and listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T products and plans.
• Drive sales by meeting/exceeding targets.
• Process transactions and activate service plans accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge and brand standards.
