Job summary

My Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Oregon City is seeking motivated individuals to join our AT&T Authorized National Retailer team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding buyers through AT&T product offerings while achieving personal sales goals.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment with ongoing training, uncapped commission opportunities, base pay plus commission, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (preferred depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
• Must be at minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the US; high school diploma or equivalent.
