Arch Telecom, a national Wireless Preferred Retailer, seeks a Mobile Associates to join our store team in Florida. You’ll learn customer service excellence, demo the latest devices, and guide customers through purchases and activations while building loyalty and product knowledge.

As a learning role, you’ll train with peers and leaders, earn competitive hourly pay with uncapped commissions, and have opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert upon successful training completion.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online, demonstrate products, and answer questions.
• Guide customers through purchasing and new device activations.
