Arch Telecom is hiring for a learning role within a vibrant retail team in Mundelein, IL.

You will start by building skills in customer service, conducting in-store demonstrations and guiding customers through their purchase journey with friendliness and empathy. Growth to Mobile Expert is expected after training completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities
