Luna Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our energetic team. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate devices, and tailor solutions with a focus on service excellence in a fast-paced store environment.

We offer base pay plus commission, benefits for part-time and full-time associates, and opportunities for growth. At least 18, authorized to work in the U.S., with a willingness to learn and engage customers.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care or in-store.
• Demonstrate latest technology in-store and provide hands-on explanations.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT.
• Approach service and sales with composure, integrity and compassion.
