Your role involves building relationships with customers, learning about innovative wireless technologies, and collaborating with T-Mobile employees to resolve issues. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferred in a retail environment.
• Passionate about connecting with customers and providing excellent service.
• Willingness to learn from peers and store leaders.
• Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
