This role involves helping customers navigate their shopping journey and establishing relationships with colleagues across channels. Ideal candidates must be 18 or older, possess a High School Diploma or GED, and have prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
